1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of Wizard Cleaning Service LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Wizard Cleaning Service LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the San Antonio, Texas area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Regular house cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Deep cleaning services
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Commercial and office cleaning
• Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers
• Post-construction cleaning

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted per square foot unless otherwise specified
• Minimum service charge is $120
• Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual conditions
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of date and time
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price
• No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or severe weather

5. Access and Property

• You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• We are not responsible for areas we cannot safely access
• Please secure valuables, jewelry, and important documents before service
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
• Please disclose any security systems, pets, or special instructions

6. Liability and Insurance

Wizard Cleaning Service LLC is fully licensed and insured. However:

• We carry general liability insurance for property damage and injuries
• Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
• We are not liable for damage to fragile, antique, or improperly secured items
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
• We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

8. Pets

We are a pet-friendly cleaning service. Please inform us of any pets on the premises. For safety, we ask that pets be secured during the cleaning service. Pet surcharges may apply based on additional cleaning requirements.

9. Service Area

We serve San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas within approximately 30 miles. Service availability outside this area is at our discretion and may incur additional travel fees.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the site or its content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
