Welcome to Wizard Cleaning Service LLC. By accessing or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wizard Cleaning Service.
1. Overview of Services
Wizard Cleaning Service provides professional cleaning services for residential, commercial, and realtor properties in San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Deep Cleaning
- Regular Cleaning
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
- Show-Ready Maintenance
- Post-Construction Cleaning
- Open House Preparation
- Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
- Custom Realtor Services
All services are offered based on property-specific requirements, the chosen service package, and the agreed-upon schedule.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Booking Process:
All bookings must be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. Customers must provide accurate details, including property size, service type, and any special requests. - Confirmation of Service:
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified in the quote provided. - Rescheduling and Cancellations:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled service.
- Same-Day Services:
Same-day or emergency services may incur an additional fee. Availability for such requests is not guaranteed.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Transparent Pricing:
- Prices are calculated per square foot and vary by service type.
- Realtor-exclusive rates are available for specific services as outlined in our pricing table.
- Payment Terms:
- Payments must be made in full before or on the day of the service.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
- Late Payments:
Late payments will incur a 5% late fee per day. Failure to resolve outstanding payments within seven (7) days may result in service suspension or cancellation. - Refunds:
Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee (see Section 8).
4. Service Scope and Limitations
- Standard Inclusions:
Our services cover basic cleaning tasks as outlined in the selected package. Examples include dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing, and mopping. - Exclusions:
- Hazardous material removal (e.g., mold, biohazards, asbestos).
- Cleaning of personal items such as jewelry or collectibles.
- Heavy lifting or furniture moving.
- Property Accessibility:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible during the scheduled service time.
- If access is denied or delayed by over 30 minutes, the service may be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Pre-Cleaning Requirements:
- Ensure pets are secured to prevent interference during the cleaning process.
- Remove fragile items and declutter spaces for optimal cleaning efficiency.
- Post-Service Feedback:
Customers must report any issues with the service within 24 hours of completion to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee.
6. Health and Safety
- Eco-Friendly Products:
We prioritize the use of non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for families, pets, and the environment. - Allergies or Sensitivities:
Customers must notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products before the service date. - COVID-19 Precautions:
Our team adheres to strict hygiene protocols, including wearing masks and gloves, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining social distancing.
7. Realtor-Specific Services
- Realtor services include move-in/move-out cleaning, open house preparation, show-ready maintenance, and custom cleaning solutions tailored to properties listed for sale or rent.
- Show-Ready Maintenance: Properties are maintained for realtor showings based on weekly or biweekly schedules at a rate of $0.045 per square foot.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are dissatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concerns and, if applicable, provide a free re-clean of the affected areas.
- This guarantee does not cover complaints made beyond the 24-hour window or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., property conditions, inaccessible areas).
9. Liability and Damage
- Insurance Coverage:
Wizard Cleaning Service is fully insured for accidental damages caused by our team during the cleaning process. - Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must notify us of any pre-existing damage before the service.
- We are not liable for damages caused by faulty property conditions or fragile items not disclosed beforehand.
- Limits of Liability:
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Promotions and Discounts
- Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
11. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection:
We collect customer information (e.g., name, contact details, property address) solely for service delivery purposes. - Third-Party Sharing:
Your data will not be shared with third parties except payment processors and scheduling platforms essential to our operations. - Data Security:
We implement strict security measures to protect your personal information.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation before escalating to legal proceedings.
- Jurisdiction:
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in San Antonio, Texas.
13. Termination of Services
- Wizard Cleaning Service reserves the right to terminate services for:
- Non-payment or repeated late payments.
- Uncooperative behavior or unsafe conditions at the property.
- Misrepresentation of property details or cleaning needs.
- Customers may terminate ongoing services with at least 48 hours’ written notice. Refunds for pre-paid services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
14. Force Majeure
Wizard Cleaning Service is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
